Presentation of the Incredible Years Awards and opening speech.

9.30 Prof. Judy Hutchings – Update on progress to deliver the WAG Parenting Action Plan for Wales. 

10.00 Dr. Tracey Bywater – Looking into Looked After Children in Wales (LILAC): Trial platform for the Incredible Years Parent Programme.
